Staff uniform ordering
How do I order my company uniform?
How do return/exchange my company uniforms?
In order to return or exchange your uniforms you will need to create a return request online.
Simply login into your company’s uniform online portal and select ‘Create return’ from the menu. Fill in all the details in the Return Form and click Submit. Once your return request is approved you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to return your items.
Your return / exchange request must be created within 30 days receipt of your parcel. Items for return or exchange must be unworn, unwashed, unused and with all tags attached.
Delivery & Logistics
How long does it take for orders to be processed?
Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. Processing of orders with embroidery, print or other customisation can take 5-7 business days.
In the case of inventory shortage (which happens sometimes) we will create a backorder for the items that are not available. The backorder will be processed as soon as the item is back in stock.
How long will my delivery take?
All our orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking and signature on delivery.
Deliveries to metropolitan areas takes 3-5 working days.
Deliveries to WA, NT and regional areas which may take 7-10 days.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. We can only deliver to street addresses since all our parcels require signature upon delivery.
Do you design custom uniform?
We absolutely do. With a combined 100+ years experience within our Design & Production team we can proudly claim to be experts at designing custom uniforms. We can work with you to select the right fabrics, colours and styles, and put together the perfect uniform collection.
Please keep in mind that custom uniform design does incur a minimum order quantity. The quantity will depend on the fabric, colour or style. To find out more please contact us.
Do you offer other customisation options?
We offer a variety of ways to customise your uniform such as logo and text embroidery, screen printing, sublimation prints and more. We also have extensive garment customisation capabilities and can create custom uniform designs to meet your business needs.

Do you offer eco-friendly uniforms?
We are committed to reducing our environmental footprint and have been have making eco-friendly uniforms since 2016. By using sustainable fabrics made from recycled plastic bottles we are helping to remove post-consumer waste and reduce the use of new resources. Find out more about our fabrics here.

Are your uniforms made in Australia?
As an Australian owned business we are passionate about supporting Australians. We have been proudly making uniforms in Australia since 1999 and have been working with some of our Australian suppliers for over 20 years.
In order to ensure inventory reliability, and to meet our clients’ budgets, we also manufacture uniforms offshore in China, Vietnam and Thailand.
Maintaining good workplace practices is vital to us, which is why we have strong relationships with our factories and only work with suppliers that meet our strict ethical standards.
What sizes do you offer?
We believe that everybody should look and feel great at work. That’s why we offers a variety of uniform styles for different body shapes. Our size range is very inclusive, with many items available in sizes 04-30 for women and XS-7XL for men.
We also offer a custom make service for sizes that fall outside our standard size range.
How do I determine my size?
Do you offer garment fittings?
Fittings are available by appointment only at our Rowville office.
Please note that due to COVID-19 safety concerns we are currently not accepting fitting appointments. We hope to resume our fitting services as soon as it is safe to do so.
Do you offer alterations?
Unfortunately we do not offer garment alterations. For any adjustments we recommend taking your garments to your local tailoring service.
Wholesale & bulk uniforms
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
At Designs To You we specialise in providing B2B wholesale uniform solutions for medium and large businesses. We believe in tailoring our uniform solutions to each client’s requirements, so you only pay for what you need and get the best possible value.
Our minimum for wholesale uniforms is 50+ employees.
Are there discounts for bulk orders?
If you would like to place a bulk order for uniforms or promotional items such as polo shirts we will be happy to help. Please contact us for a quote.
Do you only sell to companies?
We believe that everybody deserves great uniforms. That’s is why we created an online uniform shop direct to the public with no minimum order quantities. Just order what you need, when you need it.
