Measuring guide
Follow the below steps to get your correct measurements. Compare your measurements to the garment size guide to find the size that’s right for you.
Keep in mind that you wear your uniform every day so when measuring leave a little extra space for comfort and ease of movement.
Women
Bust
Place the measuring tape under your armpits. Measure all the way around the fullest part of your bust and your back. Keep the measuring tape in a straight line all the way around.
Waist
Measure all the way around the slimmest part of your natural waist, which is approximately 1-2 fingers above your belly button.
Hips
Measure all the way around the fullest part of your thighs and bottom. Keep the measuring tape in a straight line all the way around.
Measuring tips
- For more accurate results wear lightweight fitted clothing and remove items from pockets.
- Stand straight in a natural position with your arms by your side.
- Keep measuring tape flat and taut but not stretched.
- Measure in a straight line around your body.
- Ask a friend or colleague to help if needed.
