Reece case study
A hard working
uniform collection

Overview
With over 5000 staff and 650 locations internationally, Reece Group is Australia’s largest supplier of plumbing and bathroom products. Employees operate in a dynamic work environment that is split across 3 main categories: Corporate, Retail and Trade.
Corporate and retail staff work mostly in an office or showroom setting. Trade staff are much more hands on and require tough-wearing and functional workwear.
With such an extensive footprint Reece were looking for a reliable and proactive uniform supplier and set a few strategic objectives including: optimisation of the uniform fulfillment process, an easy ordering system that integrates with their internal systems, and prompt
delivery of orders.
Impressed with our customer-first approach and online uniform solutions Reece partnered with DTY in 2012 and the relationship has been growing since.

A true partnership
Through automating processes and applying smart online solutions, the new uniform project gained significant efficiencies and cost savings for Reece, far exceeding their expectations.
Our uniform solution is so easy to manage that Reece have redirected staff resources away from managing uniforms and into other areas, resulting in even greater savings.
We even helped Reece to distribute their old uniforms over a 6 month period, reducing stock commitment left by their incumbent uniform supplier.
